Our Story

Emilie is Australian, of Slovak descent, and a true adventurer at heart.

From an early age, she explored the world with curiosity and freedom. She has lived in the UK, Hawaii, and in a van in Byron Bay — moving with the wind and her own desires. Every stop along the way has shaped her vibrant joy for life, her free spirit, and her rare openness to the world.

Rémi is French, a proud Northerner with a tender heart, who grew up under the sun of the Côte d’Azur. At 18, he set off for Canada to begin a new chapter. A determined and hard-working soul, he’s also someone who knows how to enjoy life — to laugh loudly, embrace the moment, and create joyful, simple memories with those around him.

Then, in August 2017, their paths crossed in Montréal.

Two worlds, two journeys, two energies… that blended into one. They quickly built a life together, found a home, welcomed their dog Yuka into their lives, and began a shared path full of love, deep connection, and adventure.

On June 21st, 2024, in Tuscany, Rémi proposed to Emilie — surrounded by their dearest friends. It was a timeless moment, just like them: simple, strong, and deeply sincere.

Now, they’re expecting a new chapter — the arrival of their baby — and more than ever, they feel the desire to celebrate this beautiful story with you.

This wedding is more than a ceremony. It’s a precious opportunity to bring together their families from afar, and their closest friends, who have been part of their journey from the very beginning — or somewhere along the way.
